How It Works
30 Day Exchange or Refunds
Uwharrie Dash wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original purchase date date.
Products that are returned in new, store-bought condition are eligible for an exchange or refund for the full value of your purchase.
Products returned in used or worn condition can be exchanged for another item or are eligible to receive store credit for the full value of the purchase. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our Policy
If you receive an item that is defective prior to use, contact Uwharrie Dash immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
